Association Management Group employs a team of professionals

January 25, 2014
Homeowner's Associations are expensive to manage and often difficult besides. Association Management Group is a homeowner's association management firm based out of the Carolinas, with offices in both North Carolina and South Carolina. President Paul Mengert founded the company in 1984 and since that time the firm has expanded and now manages over three hundred townhomes, condominiums, and planned development units. With over two decades of success in the company’s history, they have a good deal of experience upon which to lean. Association Management Group employs a team of professionals who are committed to helping covenant communities run more smoothly. Enforcement of bylaws, rules, and regulations in homeowner's associations can be prohibitively expensive, in addition to being a headache, which is why so many associations reach out for help from companies like Association Management Group, which is a nationally respected name in the industry.
